Need a lead on the best chart program that comes closest to the look and operation of Nobeltec for use on the Furuno NavNet 3D system.  The present vector charts as provided by Furuno are no where near the ease of use and detail as the Nobeltec - same for the raster charter.</p>

<p>I think the reasoning is sound, not to arm these crews. </p>

<p>To allow these ransoms to go on isn't a solution either.</p>

<p>What do the people in the know, think the solution on the seas is, until a solution to get a functioning government on the ground can take hold ?</p>]]>
