Nav Data not being sent to N2K network by Time Zero

Vote 0 Votes

I have a glass helm that is built on an N2K backbone. The componenets are:
-Simrad autopilot with all new components: AP28, AC42, RC42 that are connected to the N2K.
-Garmin GPS 19 connected to the network also new.
-3 TLM100 Maretron tank monitors all new.
-3 USB100 Maretron Gateways
-Nauticast B AIS transceiver that connects to the PC via 232 port and it has its own GPS receiver and external antenna.
-Windows 7 OS system on a PC running Time Zero with the latest updates
-N2K View and N2K Analyzer installed on PC.
-Furuno 235Ihf 235khz P79 Nmea 2000 InHull Transducer connected to N2K
-Nobeltec In sight radar connected to PC
Time Zero is configured to use one gateway to receive Time, Date, GPS, Heading and Depth which appears on Time Zero. The same Gateway is configured to send APB and XTE to the Network. The AIS uses a unique Com port to send its data into Time Zero which it does.

One of the other Gateways is used to see N2K View or N2K analyzer. the other is used to monitor the network using Actisense NMEA monitor.

The problems is with all components powered up Time Zero gets GPS, HDG, Depth COG, SOG etc but when a course is set up the Nav Data is not being sent to the N2K network for the AP to use. The autopilot sees GPS, HDG, Depth etc that is on N2K network but not Nav Data. I have spent hours on the phone with Nobeltec and Maretron and still have not found a solution.

Actisense shows no nav data on network but all other data is present. N2K view displays tank levels and GPS data and Depth data. N2k Analyzer shows no received PGNs.

Looking for answers from you smart guys out there.
